I just got your new book with Jake Souva, "Y is for Yet" for my family. We need it. I also needed to see this blog post badly. I think what you are doing is important and will make an impact on the positive mental health of Ss & Ts if enough people embrace it. I resisted mindfulness, esp. as a person with ADD, but I keep reading about it, and I know there is something there I need to look at. I was not good at meditation. I used the time to compose in my head, lol. I will read your book when I wake, and when I go to sleep...as long as I remember where I left it. Thanks for all your hard work Shannon. It's needed.
